Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
About the Role
Cargas is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts.
In this role, you'll drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and increase brand awareness through channels including SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising, and web marketing. You'll combine analytical skills with creative execution, using data and insights to continuously improve performance across campaigns and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the digital marketing strategy with senior leadership and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising.
Manage multiple digital marketing projects and priorities, using project management tools to coordinate work and meet deadlines.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and manage a marketing roadmap, track performance, and support advertising, written, and video content, including scripting, filming, and editing.
Manage website performance and user experience, including content updates, structural improvements, and technical troubleshooting.
Analyze performance data across channels, identify trends, provide strategic insights, and recommend improvements.
Conduct A/B testing, website usability testing, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
Manage social media channels and external review platforms to maintain brand consistency and reputation.
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
Stay current on industry trends and emerging marketing tools to continuously strengthen digital marketing capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, WordPress, marketing automation, and CRM software.
Additional Experience We Value
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience developing SEO and PPC strategies.
Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications.
Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
